  We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL UNPAID ORDERS.

 

 

 We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the order being delivered. We do not ship replacements.

To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number.

  WHAT IS 'PRE-ORDER? WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

To help you get the items you want before they sell out, you can now pre-order items (where pre-order stock is available). This isn't just for items we've had and sold out of but we'll also be offering pre-orders on items we haven't released yet. 

 

  WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible or simply refund you.

Shipping

Orders usually take 3-5 business days. Large orders will take 5-7 business days.
