What is your return policy?

Due to safety and health concerns, we WILL NOT return any opened products. Please contact us if you have any issues or concerns with your order here.

 PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS KALI KO IS AT FAULT

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not currently offer Gift Cards for our products.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging, and all contents and please contact us.

Can I cancel or edit a placed order before it's processed?

To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number.

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible or simply refund you.
